New website for the Svenska Budo & Kampsportsförbundet

Svenska Budo & Kampsportsförbundet is an umbrella organization that brings together various martial arts in Sweden. They offer support and resources for clubs and associations, organize training and competitions, and work to promote budo and martial arts nationally.

The association contacted Pigment in connection with the fact that they wanted to digitize their competition cards and the handling of sanction applications. New functionality around competition cards, sanctions and competitions has been developed. We also built a new payment solution and in connection with updating their graphic profile, we also developed a new web design.

Svenska Budo & Kampsportsförbundet: Promotes and Supports Martial Arts in Sweden

The Svenska Budo & Kampsportsförbundet collects and supports various martial arts in Sweden by offering resources and support to clubs and associations. They organize trainings and competitions, promote budo and martial arts nationally. The association also focuses on anti-doping work and safe sports practice. In addition, they organize events such as the Martial Arts Gala and offer insurance and contribution opportunities for members.

Identification with FrejaID

FrejaID is used for identification and login on the website of the Swedish Budo & Martial Arts Association. FrejaID is used to apply for a competition card, administer your card and increase security when logging in.

Integration with Swedbank pay

Swedbank Pay is a payment solution that offers flexible and secure payment options for e-commerce. We have integrated Swedbank Pay on both the Swedish Budo & Martial Arts Association's webshop and when applying for a competition card.

Digitization of competition cards

Moving from physical to digital competition cards streamlines the administrative process for the Swedish Budo & Martial Arts Association. The digital competition card can be applied for from the age of 13 via Freja eID and can be easily accessed and edited from My account on the website.

Streamlining sanction applications and competitions

Another part of the organization that has been streamlined is sanction applications and competitions. It is now possible to apply for competitions via the website. Via My account, competitions can be administered and statistics can be collected via competition reports and medical reports that are sent out via email.

Digitization of competition reports and medical reports

By using digital reports, information can be shared more quickly and more securely between organisers, doctors and the association's administrators. This reduces the risk of document loss and ensures that any shutdowns can take place directly on site. All information is collected in admin and compiled into statistics which are then used to report to e.g. County Administrative Board.

Responsive design in focus

The page is optimized for a responsive design with mobile first in mind, as My Account and the Competition Card are mainly used from mobile mode. Pigment always ensures that the visitor gets an optimal user experience regardless of whether the website is viewed on a computer, tablet or mobile phone.
