30 minutes, free of charge, in person or online. Tell us about a task that's taking up your time, and we'll give you an honest view of what fits: AI, conventional automation or nothing at all. Afterwards, you'll receive a short written proposal for the next steps.

Discovery
We go through the task step by step: which systems it involves, what data is needed and where to find it. We also agree on how to measure success, such as time saved or fewer errors. You'll receive a proposal with scope and costs before we build anything.

Pilot
We build a focused first version and connect it to your actual systems. Your team uses it in their day-to-day work during a trial period, and we measure the results against the goals set during discovery. If it doesn't work, we adjust it, or stop there.

Operations and maintenance
Once the pilot has proved its value, we put it into production and scale up. We monitor it, make updates as models change and check that it continues to deliver value over time. Your contacts are the same people who built the solution.
