AI training for businesses – built around your own tasks
Not a generic AI course. We start with what your people do every day and show them how to do it faster with the tools you already have.
Choose the format that fits your needs
Choose the format that suits your group and your goals. A workshop offers the most value for a team ready to start using AI straight away, while a talk reaches more people at once. All formats are available at your premises or online, and can be combined.
01AI workshop for your team
A half or full day where your team works on their own tasks. Participants leave with ready-to-use prompts they can put to work the next day.
- Exercises based on your own tasks
- Prompts to take away
02AI training for managers and leadership teams
What AI means for your organisation, where it adds value and how to manage its use. A foundation for decision-making, not a technical walkthrough.
- Opportunities and risks
- A foundation for your AI policy
03AI talk
A talk for a larger group or a conference: what AI can do today, what it can't, and how other businesses are getting started. Practical, without the hype.
- From 45 minutes
- Tailored to your audience
What to use AI for – and what not to
Part of the training is recognising where AI adds value, where a standard workflow is better and where AI shouldn't be used at all. Participants leave with a sense of where to draw the line, not just a few new tricks.
- Writing first drafts of quotes and emails/ AISaves time every day. A person reviews the draft before it's sent.
- Summarising long reports before a meeting/ AIMinutes rather than an hour, with the source still there to check.
- Moving the same figures between two systems every week/ AutomationThat doesn't need a course. It needs a workflow.
- Choosing who to hire/ NothingThat decision belongs to a person. AI can help prepare the information.
Training in ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini or Claude
We train you in the tool you're licensed to use, so you can put what you learn into practice straight away. If you have several tools, or haven't chosen one yet, we'll explain the differences and help you decide.
ChatGPT
For teams with ChatGPT Business or Enterprise: custom GPTs, projects, working with files and sharing what works across your team.
Copilot
For teams with Microsoft 365: Copilot in Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel, and how Copilot Chat differs from the full licence.
Gemini
For teams with Google Workspace: Gemini in Gmail, Docs and Sheets, and how to use it with your own documents.
Claude
For teams working with long texts: contracts, reports and research, and how to build repeatable ways of working within projects.
How a workshop works
- 01
Preparation
We interview a few participants and gather examples of tasks that currently take up their time. We also find out which tools and licences you have, and what rules apply to your data. We then build the exercises around your own examples – emails, reports, quotes or whatever fits – so no one has to adapt fictional scenarios to their work.
- 02
The basics
How the tool works, where it falls short and what rules apply to your data. We explain why AI sometimes gives wrong answers with complete confidence, how to write prompts that produce better results and when it's better not to use it. We keep the theory brief and spend most of the time on hands-on practice.
- 03
Exercises
Participants use the tool to tackle their own tasks, with us on hand to help. Everyone works on something they actually do in their job, so whatever works can be put to use the very next day. We move around the room, answer questions and show people how to move forward when the results aren't what they expected.
- 04
Follow-up
You receive the prompts and examples from the day, brought together so others can use them too. This might be a shared prompt library, templates or simple assistants preconfigured for your most common tasks. After a few weeks, we can follow up on what's being used, what didn't work and what to do next.

What does AI training for businesses include?
AI training for businesses should help people do their own work better, not just learn about AI in general. Our participants learn how the tool works, how to write prompts that get good answers, where the tool falls short and which data must never be entered – with exercises drawn from their day-to-day work.
That's why every training session starts with us gathering examples of what participants actually do: the emails they write, the reports they compile and the questions they answer.

Learning that lasts
Participants receive examples and prompts for their own tasks, and we bring together what worked so the rest of the organisation can use it. What we discover during the workshop often becomes the starting point for your next AI automation or AI agent.
