Background and Challenge

Refy is a digital reference checking system aimed at recruiters, streamlining the process through automation of collection, analysis, and follow-up. They needed a website that more clearly shows how the system works and saves time, but the old site was unclear and made it difficult for visitors to understand the value.

Solution

We started by mapping out the recruiters' needs and Refy's features to prioritize the right message. A new design was developed with a responsive layout and a focus on simplicity, where each step in the process is shown clearly. The site was built with intuitive navigation, demo views, and CTAs that lead directly to contact or trial period. By prioritizing user-friendliness and visual clarity, the site became a strong sales channel. The result is a modern platform that clearly communicates Refy's time-saving benefits and increases interest from recruiters.
