CancerRehabFonden
Background and challenge:
CancerRehabFonden is a non-profit Swedish organization that funds free cancer rehabilitation for adults affected by cancer. Through week-long rehab programs around Sweden, they help participants recover physically and mentally after treatment, or to live better with chronic or incurable cancer. The operation is entirely dependent on private donations. In 2025, 25 programs were conducted with a total of 442 participants.
The organization contacted Pigment with the need to modernize its website. The goal was to create an accessible website with an easy-to-use admin, an educational and appealing visual expression aimed at the target audience, and smooth integration of external systems such as Repejo for fundraising and Salesforce for application management.
Solution
Pigment designed and developed a new WordPress website focusing on simple structure and clear expression based on visitors' needs. The goal was an easy-to-navigate site with a positive and hopeful feeling that encourages applications to rehab programs.
The application form has been prioritized and is, through connection to Contribum, educational and easy to fill out. The integration with Salesforce (AXSP) makes it smooth for CancerRehabFonden to manage applications, programs, and campaigns. We have also integrated Repejo for donations and fundraising as well as Rule for newsletters.
The result is a website that strengthens CancerRehabFonden's communication and makes it easier to reach and help people living with cancer.
