Men's Support Line

Background and Challenge

Men's Support Line is a non-profit organization that offers conversational support to men nationally, via telephone support, physical and digital discussion groups, and resources. They needed a renewed website that more clearly reaches men seeking help, but the old site was unclear and made it difficult to find information about support forms and contact methods.

Solution

As a web agency we started by mapping the target group's needs and the different support forms of Men's Support Line to ensure that the site would be a secure entry point. A new design was developed with a focus on clarity, warmth, and accessibility, where the purpose of the site is highlighted directly. The site was built responsively with easy navigation to telephone support, groups, and resources, as well as a personal login for the board and volunteers to internal material. By prioritizing mobile-friendly user journeys and clear information, the site became easy to use regardless of the situation. The result is an inclusive and trustworthy platform that effectively reaches those in need of support and strengthens Men's Support Line's role as a national resource.
