Men's Support

Background and Challenge

Men's Support is a non-profit organization that offers conversational support to men nationally, via telephone support, physical and digital discussion groups, and resources. They needed a renewed website that more clearly reaches out to men seeking help, but the old site was unclear and made it difficult to find information about forms of support and contact paths.

Solution

We started by mapping the target group's needs and Men's Support's various forms of support to ensure that the site would be a safe entry point. A new design was developed with a focus on clarity, warmth, and accessibility, where the purpose of the site is highlighted directly. The site was built responsive with easy navigation to telephone support, groups, and resources, as well as a personal login for the board and volunteers to internal material. By prioritizing mobile-friendly user journeys and clear information, the site became easy to use regardless of the situation. The result is an inclusive and trustworthy platform that effectively reaches those in need of support and strengthens Men's Support's role as a national resource.
