Background and Challenge

Backstage Hotel offers a unique accommodation experience on Djurgården, where guests step into a 'backstage theater stay' with cultural charm and a creative atmosphere. The old site did not sufficiently convey this special identity and performed poorly on mobile, making it difficult to attract guests and manage bookings effectively.

Solution

We began by capturing the hotel's essence through mood boards and close collaboration with the team. A new custom design was developed that celebrates the artistic world with intimate details and innovative aesthetics. The site was built to be responsive for all devices, with a simple booking path and a focus on conveying the experience from the first page. By prioritizing visual storytelling and smooth navigation, the site became a digital extension of the hotel's unique concept. The result is a vibrant, inviting platform that enhances guest expectations and increases bookings through a seamless experience.
