Background and Challenge

Djurönäset is a conference and hotel accommodation in the Stockholm archipelago with a focus on spa, nature, and relaxation. They needed a website that better conveys the scenic feeling and facilitates booking of spa, accommodation, and activities, but the old site was not sufficiently visual or booking-friendly.

Solution

As a web agency we started by mapping the guests' needs and Djurönäset's unique offering to capture the right atmosphere. A new design was developed with large, atmospheric images and calm tones that reflect the archipelago tranquility. The site was built responsive with a simple booking module and clear navigation to spa, restaurant, and activities. By prioritizing visual storytelling, smooth user journey, and a long-term SEO strategy the site became an inviting digital entry point.
