Background and Challenge

Djurönäset is a conference and hotel accommodation in the Stockholm archipelago focusing on spa, nature, and relaxation. They needed a website that better conveys the scenic feeling and facilitates booking of spa, accommodation, and activities, but the old site was not visual or booking-friendly enough.

Solution

We started by mapping the guests' needs and Djurönäset's unique offering to capture the right atmosphere. A new design was developed with large, atmospheric images and calm tones that reflect the archipelago tranquility. The site was built responsive with a simple booking module and clear navigation to spa, restaurant, and activities. By prioritizing visual storytelling and a smooth user journey, the site became an inviting digital entry point. The result is a modern platform that increases bookings and gives visitors a clear picture of what to expect on site.
