Background and Challenge

Since 1971, Lillebil has helped Stockholm residents and businesses with fast, reliable, and flexible transportation. With a broad offering—from courier cars to larger special transports and a strong local brand, there was already a clear position in the market. The challenge was that the digital presence needed to reflect the same professionalism, accessibility, and clarity as the rest of the business.

For a service where many customers search quickly, often from mobile devices, and with a concrete need here and now, high demands are placed on both user experience and visibility. The site therefore needed not only to become more modern and easy to navigate but also to function as an active business support, with clear contact paths, stronger structure, better search visibility, and the right conditions for ongoing digital growth.

Solution

Pigment developed a new website that makes it easy to quickly understand Lillebil's offering and get in touch with the right service. With a "mobile first" perspective, clear navigation, and a design that utilizes the brand's colors, design language, and recognition, we created a digital experience that feels as secure and efficient as Lillebil itself.

But the assignment didn't stop at the launch. Today, Pigment functions as Lillebil's digital partner in an ongoing collaboration where we are responsible for further development of the website, design improvements, SEO, Google Ads, and continuous optimization of content, visibility, and conversion. In this way, Lillebil has gained a digital platform that not only represents the brand correctly but also evolves over time in line with the business. The result is a stronger digital presence that makes it easier to reach new customers, meet existing needs, and create business value across multiple channels.
