Background and Challenge
RFSU FemCare offers products and knowledge for women in menopause. They needed a digital self-assessment test that challenges norms around menopause and provides personal advice, but lacked an interactive and empathetic solution that reaches a wide audience.
Solution
We started by mapping the target audience's needs and collaborating with doctors to shape the right questions. A new design was developed with an empathetic and inclusive aesthetic that creates security. The test was built interactively with 21 yes/no questions about symptoms and menstrual cycle, followed by personal advice and product recommendations. By prioritizing simplicity and anonymity, the quiz became easy to use. The result is an engaging tool that has been used by over 80,000 people and strengthens RFSU's role as a knowledge actor in menopause.
