Background and Challenge

Surgical Science is a world leader in medical simulators and had a website that no longer reflected their high technical level and global reach. The site was difficult to navigate, had poor mobile experience, and made it complicated for customers to find the right product or educational program.

Solution

We started with a comprehensive user analysis together with Surgical Science to understand how surgeons, purchasers, and education managers actually use the site. We then built a new platform in WordPress with a clear, technical, and at the same time elegant design that exudes precision and credibility. The products received their own in-depth pages with technical specifications, video demonstrations, and research references, while a smart filtering makes it easy to find the right simulator. Everything is, of course, responsive and optimized for fast loading times even with heavy video material. The result is a professional digital presence that strengthens Surgical Science's position as a world leader and makes it significantly easier for customers worldwide to find and understand their solutions.
