Background and Challenge

Surgical Science is a world leader in medical simulators and had a website that no longer reflected their high technical level and global reach. The site was difficult to navigate, had a poor mobile experience, and made it complicated for customers to find the right product or training program.

Solution

We started with a comprehensive user analysis together with Surgical Science to understand how surgeons, purchasers, and training managers actually use the site. We then built a new platform in WordPress with a clear, technical, and at the same time elegant design that exudes precision and credibility. The products received their own in-depth pages with technical specifications, video demonstrations, and research references, while a smart filtering makes it easy to find the right simulator. Everything is, of course, responsive and optimized for fast loading times even with heavy video material. The result is a professional digital presence that strengthens Surgical Science's position as a world leader and makes it significantly easier for customers worldwide to find and understand their solutions.
