Mobility in the State

Background and Challenge

Mobility in the State is a government collaboration program between a large number of agencies. The purpose is to strengthen skills development, exchange of experiences, and seamless cooperation through training, mentorship programs, networks, inspirational lectures, and staff loans.

The challenge was to create a modern and inclusive digital platform that clearly conveys the concept's value, reaches thousands of employees in various agencies, and at the same time facilitates the responsible agencies in managing content and communication. The site needed to balance strong, professional branding with high accessibility, easy navigation, and technical adaptation to public sector requirements.

Solution

We started by mapping the target group's needs and the program's core values. Then we developed a new visual identity and built a completely new, responsive website with a focus on clear UX/UI and full WCAG adaptation.

The platform gathers everything in one place: information about the program, a consolidated view of news and events, and clear sections for all training and development opportunities. The design uses a clean and energetic color palette, modern typography, and a logo that conveys movement, openness, and cooperation.

The result is an accessible, modern, and user-friendly website that effectively communicates the message of Mobility in the State, increases engagement among government employees, and facilitates the daily work for the involved agencies.
