Unga Innovatörer – Bringing innovation in schools online

Background and challenge

Unga Innovatörer is a non-profit education organisation with 40 years of experience in bringing innovation into schools. They needed a new platform that would help teachers share challenges and exercises with pupils, with content tailored to different age groups. Their existing website lacked the flexibility and modern user experience they needed.

Solution

As a web agency we started by mapping teachers’ and pupils’ needs to understand how the platform could support teaching. We then created a new design based on their visual identity, with a focus on simplicity and inspiration. We built a responsive website with a login-protected teacher portal that displays content tailored to upper and lower secondary school pupils, plus integrations for sharing resources through Google Classroom and Microsoft Teams. Prioritising the mobile experience and an intuitive user journey made the platform an effective teaching tool. The result is a modern, flexible website that brings innovation in schools online and makes it easy for teachers to engage their pupils.
