Background and Challenge

Nykvarnsbostäder (Nybo) wanted to replace their old website with a modern platform that more clearly reflects their values of responsiveness, consistency, and customer focus. The previous site lacked responsiveness and made it difficult for tenants to find the housing queue, My Pages, or fault reporting.

Solution

Together with Nybo, we conducted workshops to identify the real needs of the tenants. Based on this, we created a new WordPress site with a clear, minimalist, and Scandinavian design where space and readability are central. Mobile-first was a given – all important functions such as the housing queue, login, and fault reporting are now at the top of the menu and accessible with one or two clicks. We also built in a warm and welcoming feel that matches Nybo's personal service. The result was a website that is not only easy to use but also strengthens trust and makes everyday life easier for both tenants and staff.
