Background and Challenge
Sörmland Vatten is responsible for water supply and sewage in several municipalities and wanted a website that better communicated services, operational information, and fault reporting to residents. The old site was unclear and made it difficult to quickly find the right information or report faults.
Solution
We started by mapping the residents' most common needs and reasons for contact to prioritize the right content. A new design was developed with a clean, trustworthy aesthetic that reflects the company's responsibility. The site was built responsive with a clear menu structure, easy fault reporting, and a searchable schedule for waste collection. By prioritizing quick access to operational info and an interactive map, the site became an effective tool for both customers and staff. The result is an accessible platform that increases security and facilitates everyday contact with Sörmland Vatten.
